  1. I know what you mean - and it was just begging to be misunderstood. Let's see, two LMAOs, a wow, two good's and one Dying - a good harvest for this chapter.
  2. No Danes. On the other hand, this may explain why we're friends. https://satwcomic.com/favorite-friends and we shall forget about https://satwcomic.com/good-to-see-you-england
  3. I wouldn't mind casting him for the role of Jacob in my story. (goes looking for drooling emoij) Here it is
  4. Take your time, or you'll run out of chapters too soon. I'm glad I can make you laugh and enjoy yourself. I've done that so often in your stories.
  5. You're beginning to see why Imp and Angel ended up with their own story.
  6. not answering that - read on and find out. As for your other comments, they were awesome, especially the harbour one.
  7. Got my tea and cookies and I'm ready to spray crumbs all over my keyboard laughing at your comments. I love it when you go all out on my stories. I'm sure you'll find plenty to get fired up about. I hope you'll keep being proud of Patrick. Why would kids be wary of someone with talent? Well, kids can be cruel to people who are different, and Patrick was beyond crayons already at a young age.
  8. for that - since apart from you missing important information, this also means we miss out on a story like from you to place Diego on the Top Story list.
  9. Not to mention certain fungi Like this SATW comic
  10. I guess you can say @aditus woke up my muse, since this story would never had taken off if Aditus hadn't joined me in writing. Plus Sablo and Theliel are Cupid Central characters, though I invented Diego. This is why we both feature as authors if you look at the front page of the story. However, working on this prompt together got my writing going on other projects, for which I'm very grateful.
  11. I like the new possibility of having more than one author for a story. It's fun to collaborate (right, @aditus ?) - so I can recommend it, if you get stuck when on an Antho theme.
  12. Hey @Page Scrawler Thanks for leaving a story like to push Diego onto the Top Stories list.
  13. No, I don't think we do. And it's the first time I've noticed bird song on Valentine's Day, but isn't that supposed to be part of the reason it's special for lovers. Lots of male birds singing "This is my territory and I want sex!'
  14. Getting milder - and I heard the blackbird singing in the dusk on my way home. Melodious and characteristic, as @Thorn Wilde says. But I guess it can be annoying at 5 am and right outside your window.
  15. Yeah, it's never really caught on much in Denmark either. But @aditus and I decided to celebrate Valentine's Day by posting the first chapter of our new joint story. Hope y'all like it. Happy Valentine's Day. (and a special for Val for super fast editing when we suddenly decided to post.)
  16. “What do you mean, you’re dating Death? And why are you suddenly listed as decommissioned?” Sablo stared at his brother, who was slumped over a glass of whisky. They were in a familiar human bar, but none of the few other patrons could see or hear them. Guardian Angels were invisible whether they were on duty or not. Not that anyone there would have bothered two cops having an argument in heated whispers, when they were alive. “I asked to be DOR’ed.1 Leave me alone.” “I never did bef
  17. I was thinking 'Threesome!'
  18. It's mostly that I don't know if I do it or not, rather than feeling the need to change it. I've never thought about it in relation to stories I've edited, so I can't answer the question. I look forward to hearing the replies.
  19. for the explanation ( damn, now I have to go through all my stories looking for that)
  20. I'm looking forward to reading the new story.
  21. What are 'independent body movements' ?
  22. Hi @Graeme you might like this sports story, even if it's cricket and not football. https://www.bbc.com/sport/cricket/47217002
  23. Next to Iceland with the bird or is it Faroe Islands ? https://satwcomic.com/one-bird-in-the-hand Sweden is the strict one in front with a blue tie, and I guess Denmark is on the right, so the shy one must be Finland.
