Umm - no... If Ethan draws Harley into the light of gay life, it would be more like enabling the thing with Papa B. Right now we don't really know if Harley is gay or straight - just that he has never hit on any of the guys onscreen and they have not hit on him.

Peter and Alan were tossed into the deep end of parenting without a flotation devise. Most of us get lots of time to adjust to parenthood. The zipper thing can and does happen all the time. Unfortunately so do things like the Lyntons exploiting it.
Droughtquake is right in that not everyone should have children, but I also think Peter and Alan will make great parents some day. They just need to grow into it.
I bet Peter will change his opinion when Troy gives him a flying hug the first time they are allowed together again.
Editor's interpretation of this statement? The boys have stopped shouting at him and wandered off to enjoy life together. That is not to say they will never return, but it is not likely.
