I think that is the worst part of a suicide. The guilt and helplessness of those left behind. I should have known. I should have seen. I should have done something else. When there may not have been anything anyone could have done.

A front door slamming
shatters the morning calm;
Short but powerful essay on the intolerance of difference. Very reminiscent of "The Rest of the Story." Despite a degree in computers I was only vaguely aware of Turing, from high school world history, but not his contribution to computets or that he was gay.

Gangnam Style was in the top 40 here at least a year and half ago, probably more like 2 years. That's why there are so many hits. It was very popular among the school and preschool crowd, only to be replaced by "What does the fox say?"
Tiny "fairy doors" are popping up around Ann Arbor, Michigan....
