I had not started your story until a couple of days ago. What a great story. I only wish my partner and I had found the mentors that Peter and Tom have. Eventually I found a great gay mentor who was an Anglican Bishop. Pax. -

Thanks for the topic and, like the reviews, it has helped me understand the subject more. Here at GA the interaction between writers and reviewers is more interactive than most sites. I really enjoy that. I have also speculated that this symbiosis may have been a factor in authors becoming so prolific that they overdose and disappear. But it is total speculation. I know I comment more here than other sites because it the feedback. That being said I , too am reading on a tablet or phone now and my reviews have become much more cursory or generic. Sorry but even this much is really hard to get off on this damn device. Pax. Ste

I haven't posted much but wanted to add to kudos to your skill at selling football and also attracting us to your characters. I have been sucked in totally. It adds to my strong desire to visit Australia. Thanks for all your work and looking forward to the leap. Steve

I think I wrote book reports on Hornblower books from fifth-eleventh grade. Having Granger back almost recaptures that feeling. Many new twists to assault us in future follies. Thanks Mark.

I am not sure if it is true but it seems that more really good authors leave this site than elsewhere on the net. I wonder how much the dynamic of these boards is a part of that. It has been alluded to by several authors. For example writer starts writing and develops a fan base which encourages them to write more and more until they are burnt or their other life is affected. Dom, vista,C.James,Riley Jericho come to mind. Not sur how real this is or what/if there is a solution but like all I wish Mark well and hope for his return. Well and any of the others mentioned. Yes. Even a vampire ending if necessary but if you are able to find another plausible one that is fine. After all we know the more common endings and some even know of endings that did work back in time. Guess I will stop commenting given this will be deleted shortly. Thanks as always for your work.

Sad that GFD characters are less vilified than in this. Having a grandson on the autism spectrum makes me look at where I fit I that spectrum, or where my daughter fits. Maybe some day we will be able to see where we are in this spectrum. Thanks for bringing your considerable writing skills to this taboo.

So need to start by saying I kept looking for JJ in Greensborough this weekend. I guess he might be old enough to be a commentator? Darn. I get get nervous when so many people are doing well in a chapter. I even think the triangle may be ok for JJ. But you have a lot of plates spinning. Eek. Thanks again. Steve

For some reason the opening scene had me thinking of a young J. P. looking at, shit can't remember who. Then J. P. was there being J. P. Zack, Will, and Clara seem to be moving into a better place and even feel that this counselor might get Wally there with the help of the Arbour gods if that is god's Will(sorry). Happy New Year all.
