Hullo R.Eric, Here is my two cents worth. You have a story to tell, you tell it. You get to tell it how you want to because it is your story. If people like your story enough to become invested in it, bonus. If not, no harm no foul. There isn't one story that every single person in the whole world is gonna love. Readers are obviously entitled to express their comments, which is one of the reasons I love this site. Some of the comments are funny as, can be thought provoking, educational (Hi Dr Paladin!), etc. Ultimately, you can only do you Boo. You can't do everyone/anyone else. Lastly, cancer and hospices suck. Not Hospices themselves or the service they provide. Just...been there, done that, got the traumatic memories to prove it, never want to go through it again! Big Hugs from me. Don't dismiss these. I have been told I give the best hugs ever - seriously!

Sorry. Really don't mean to be crude, but perhaps it was the girlfriend that was 'that great'. Some Men can tend to think with the wrong head sometimes. There were two things that stood out for me. One was how rude Meryl was when Cesar answered the door. I'm sorry, but I wouldn't have spoken to her at all. Once the, 'Who are you?' came out her mouth the next sound would have been that of the door slamming closed. The other I loved. Can you imagine Ritchie having a painting worth millions on his dorm room wall? That would be totally rad. Well, at least they are not (I am assuming?) gifting the collection away anymore. Wonder what would happen to the Davenport Wing at the Museum if they take back the collection? I don't know how these things work. Could the museum be petty and change the name of the Wing?

As soon as Penn mentioned the love of his life, I knew he was talking about Nash. Far out, that would have been so hard and so sad. To pine for someone exclusively for that long. And their initial scene. Let me tell you, I was there in spirit cheering Penn on. Can you imagine loving someone that strongly for that long and finally being with them physically? Have Mercy! I remember years ago one of the hosts asked a child contestant what it was like to perform on BGT, or some question like that. The child replied that it was 'every good word in the dictionary!' That's what it would have been like for Penn. Every good word in the dictionary. So happy for him

Okay. That was Big Sigh worthy. Just to make sure, this was the last chapter in this installment? If so, thanks SO VERY MUCH again, as always. See you and all of these characters again next Holidays

I assumed it was a practical lesson in learning to think outside the box, maybe? Just like how Max made an assumption regarding Ragal's limitations with micro time, etc. I am really intrigued by Ricky's role. Why did Charlie react/feel the way he did when Ricky stepped onto the Path? If Charlie and Max are to work to get everyone out, what would be left for Ricky to do? Pacha and them wouldn't need to travel on the path to get out would they? Isn't the Path just a way to get Max to where they are? Kippy and Adrian are Charlie's energizer bunnies. There is no enemy or anyone trying to stop them rescue Pacha and Co.? Hhhmmm...

I only clicked on the 'HaHa' button cause there isn't a 'Ya Big Tease' one.

It will be interesting to see if all 7 of them contribute something directly to the rescue itself OR whether all 7 contribute to the rescue mission. If they all have to contribute to the rescue itself, that could be complicated and so would be interesting to see how you achieve that. It seems like y'all only just got here and you're leaving so soon?

That was really cool of Sefton. I wish they could do something about his business. I know he doesn't need the money, but it would be good for more people to share in passion/be excited about the Ancients, the Tours he offers, etc. I love how Kippy and Adrian were Charlie's energizer Bunnies. Pity they didn't have a method of sending enough energy directly to Pacha so he could push the ice off them and Illia. Even just having enough energy is way above what they have currently though. Poor Pacha. I'd love to give Max the biggest hug ever

Well done Watson old chap! Okay. Thomas Haworth and not Watson. But ya know what I mean... Yup. They need to find some way to absorb the energy and extinguish the "soul?" of Yonthar. As intimated by Watson, there must be some reason Chris was lead to the old form of soul magic. Its kinda weird that they now address the issue of PR for Chris. When they're just starting a fight for their existence.

I never thought I would like (or start to) JJ as much as I am!?!? He is quite cool and funny...

It is so good to be back in this Universe! By that, I mean to be back with these characters, these places, etc. It just makes me smile and be happy.

Is it possible to get a list of all the characters and how they are "related?" Especially with how many Boys there are now, etc. That would be cool. Enjoying this story so very much

Okay, so totally forgot about the Holiday. I live in New Zealand. Even though I knew tomorrow was the 4th of July, etc I totally forgot about expecting a new story. Then I saw those magical words in the title - Charlie Boone! I was so happy. I had this huge ass smile on my face and I was doing the Hercules clap. This one started off dramatically. We knew that the Guys were going to be developing in regards to powers/skills, so this is good. Welcome Back! It is awesome to be back with everyone again

Strange Asha was surprised by Tristan's behaviour? Shouldn't he recognise the signs of Mates meeting, etc? Unless it is because Tristan has not had any interest in Males before? Maybe it really is because of Sasha's status within the Pack? Enjoyed this initial chapter. Can't wait for the next.

Two quick things: 1. when is Penn going to tell Nash about Cam and how she is not an issue anymore? Okay, so I don't know whats going on but something is going on that will give Nash the freedom to go for it. Of course, I feel Peen is not totally 100% comfortable yet. But he is definitely in the 90s at least. The very least, and 2. it has been SO long since I've had anything plucked that my fiddle needs re-stringing and re-tuning. I love that expression - plucked my fiddle Go on wich yor foin self!

Fallout? What does that even mean? He didn't do anything wrong? And which Dead are we talking about? See. Now look what you've done. You'll just have to release the next story sooner now. Sorry, but you play you pay. Its in the rules.

Well done on the two birds with one stone. It is because Henry turned it down that I think he should have taken the 'position.' When they said that Rothenia would not need the Icon anymore, I thought it may be because they had Henry. (NB: I seem to be a tad fixated, maybe?) But it is because of Maxim. Is there going to be a last chapter, or is this it? I thought we may find out what awards/ranks everyone got for their part in the downfall of dickwad, etc?

Exactly! Jonas hasn't finished yet. Remember what he said? I 100% believe all will be well with Maxim. I also have to believe that all is well with Harry too, even though she is "...critically ill..." Did the rest of the Mendamero Men go to Strelzen as well? And I mean all of them? I am a wee bit surprised it was the sword of Henry the Lion wielded by Rudi that was the killing blow. I thought/assumed it would be all Henry. Wasn't our lad brave He didn't know he wasn't going to die when he told Rudi to get behind him.

Wow. This was a very VERY pleasant surprise when I woke up this morning. Took Penn long enough to get to Thailand. Well, to have bought a ticket, etc. I didn't see Nash's extended stay coming but after "...it would be a once in a lifetime trip that no other trip would compare to" I just knew Penn was going to be a part of this trip. I am really glad Nash and lee finally got to the crux of the matter in regards to their relationship, etc. And yes, the non-capitalisation of his name is on purpose. I can call him lee now (and not the other names I have) because he means nothing to Nash now. Nash is finally beyond him and on to better and brighter things. Thanks again for this super prompt release

Okay. So firstly, Reggie really is gay. Talk about priorities LOL! Then, did Dickwad have to use Wolves, if that is whats happening? I really like Wolves. Daimey and a Hellhound. How the hell is he gonna get out of this one? I want to know what Ed's part 2 was. I keep thinking, 'Why can't Henry just..." But that is way too easy so there must be something I'm missing. Plus I am dying to know who Daimey's Mate is that Jonas is going to help? How close is Daimey to Lije or has that boat sailed already? I really hope that Jonas gets to be a real Boy after this story. He could be Reggie's BF.
