    Awesome, Carlos.. Great responses to the questions... I’ll definitely have to check renee’s story out. I agree too, about Boy Story.. I think it may be a little of both, of what Northie said.. I am guilty of leaving likes, not comments as I binge read my way through to catching up.🙈 But I loved the story. Haven't started the other yet, I hope to do better .

    Okay Rachel.. right idea...terrible approach. You want to guide your brother to his decisions, not push him or judge him. She touched in all the things Ryan was probably thinking of himself. If Ry and Erik are going to give the relationship a try they definitely need to have this talk. They have to be on the same page to move forward. Or at least reading the same book. Now, it’s awkward and it will likely happen sooner than he wanted, but ultimately it’s best they get it out of the way.

    This resonates for me in terms of career choice. I was dead set on Forensic Psychology until my advisor strongly suggested that I did not have the constitution for the job and what it would take. So devastating. Education wasn’t my chosen field, but it is where my heart lies. We just never know. Some disappointments are blessings in disguise.

    This was very well done, tim. I could see the scenes you set so clearly. When Dick caught on to Danny’s scent I got all tense. Dick is the Best Daddy Ever.. he took the bully out of their lives, with the mug no less. I hope he does get it back. Great tim, and also good for you setting and surpassing your goals.

    So, I’m sure with his own guardian angel, Michael will be just fine. Patrick is so very deserving of this family and the great and wonderful things happening to him. For some reason I felt it so much more for him. Like it’s finally all coming together. (Peter does too) I know there’s other stuff to deal with but this is good. Now that im caught up... hmmm

    And we are off to a great start. First, I love the family together almost as much as the Squad or the Elites. Good vibes. Liked to see Ritchie holding his own here. I don’t doubt that he will slot right in. I can only imagine what’s coming up for him. I seriously hope that CJ will be able to have at least some form of a normal collegiate life. He’s had so much exposure, I’m not sure how possible that might be. Especially if he can’t manage to stay out of the limelight. His less than perfect grades may cause him to think twice though.. loved it Mr...

    Think of it as a litmus test, molly. You and Phil are great parents. Your parenting skill, everything she’s been taught, is being put into practice.. You’re not there to witness it, but I’m positive your daughter will not stray from what she’s been taught. The worry comes with the territory and it doesn’t really go away no matter how old they get or how they thrive. The urge to keep the reigns tight does get easier, every time they take another successful step away. You will believe that, in time. For you momma.. You will make it through..

    Sad note for Erik, it always baffles me that when there is so many out there in the world against you, that your parents would be the ones add to that. But, how wonderful to be accepted into Ryan’s family. The dinner was lovely and a glimpse into the kind of life Erik and Ryan would most likely have, since they’re doing ‘this’. Awesome chapter.

    Long sigh.. so happy these two could finally just be..I love the connection these two have. My fav thing was the tatto mural. He would own me after that. Well, that kinda did happen.. Beautiful chapter.

    My mom is Type 2 also, and diabetes runs in my family. We started by tailoring our diet when mummy came to visit, to allow for her needs as a diabetic. That later turned into us making more conscious choices all the time, and one that is not too difficult to keep up with. Eliminating sugar and processed foods was huge. So much has changed and keeps changing. There’s no real big sacrifice on taste and good food...not really.. im still learning. I’m glad you and Michael have found a good balance. Thanks for posting this..
