Ha! Don may have just realised that Louis is his to lose. I don't think Louis is going anywhere, and I think that the kiss was enough to let him know he really didn't want Harry. He just wants his guy to want him. And Houston! We have a twitch? thickening? Twickening? Training together is a fantastic idea.. I liked too that Louis had a moment where he saw his having mobility from Don's POV, and what not having it is costing Don. In spite of the out bursts and understandable anger, I also like that they don't wait for resentment to build So much that it can't be worked out. Great job tim..

Your melancholia seeps through. I hope it doesn't last long. You've made a huge impact many people. You've changed a lot for me too..possibly more than I've shared. So when you ask what good are memories, as much as I'd like not to think about it, I can only tell you it will be hard to forget someone who leaves you with so much. I'm with Dugh.. It would be nice to think that Andy and David could eventually help each other shed some of their ghosts.. But this little army of friendship that is being formed is super nice. Thank you Parker.

Interesting.. Jake's thoughts reminded me of making New Year resolutions in doing all the outward things, but the blog could work. There are hints of his state of mind and things which may be contributing to his drinking. The responses to the blog could invite serious introspection that could help him. Or, it could take a while. In his own words/mind he is not an alcoholic and quitting is easy (sure). So he could use the blog to further excuse or rationalise why he drinks. At least some part of him knows that he needs to do something. I'm looking forward to what is sure to be a struggle as he goes through this.

Just realised that I didn't comment on the last chapter, but I loved it too especially Mrs.B and Cloud Nine Manor .. Perfect. This chapter was excellent.. I'd say Bodie and Nate have a head start into their future. Their talk was better than most adults would have. I'm attributing that to Nate's awesome uncles!! Another great chapter Gary 👍

Like everyone else tim, I doubt I would feel the way that I do about you, if you weren't/didn't feel real to me. That said, I wish you'd have/find all you needed so you wouldn't feel this way, and I hope you get from all of us who care just a little bit to fill that emptiness. xoxo

Does Don for one second think that he or their relationship would be invulnerable to Louis taking a lover? IMO, that would just widen the space between them. I get this is a struggle for him and I can only imagine is internal conflict when it comes to Louis, and what Don perceives his role in their relationship to be. It is hard, a lot scary and probably devastating for Don to have Loius take care of him but Don will have to learn I guess that relationships shift sometimes, and the little things matter the most. By not listening to what Loius is really saying he just might push the man into a situation neither of them really wants. This is definitely not an easy one to navigate.. Louis' inner dialogue about Harry did make me laugh though, (not haha funny) but let's be honest we've all had those "inappropriate thoughts" happen a time or two.. Thank you for keeping it real with these very human emotions and moments. Looking forward to 7..
