Okay, so that's some serious kool-aid that Diarmad got into, if he really believes that Noel is plotting against him. There is so much wrong with this. I don't think Laird is going away that easily either. But maybe his absence for however long may allow D to sort out his crazy thoughts.. Every chapter makes me more excited to see which way this is going.. great stuff Adi!

Another nice chapter tim.. It's great. We seem to learn more about Don and Louis individually as they interact as a couple. Even Don is seeing the changes in Louis.. The farm sounds like a great idea. I suppose Miri will not bring sunshine..or maybe, since this is Changes, we'll see? Well done..

I liked this story... I particularly liked the constant movement of the flame as he talked with Jo. Kept the fire alive.

I didn't mind being thrown right into the drama. Could there have been some follow up background on the family? Maybe but it wasn't so distracting for me. I was mostly pissed at them anyway. I remember being worried that Dave and Reece were moving too fast, but I loved the times they spent together. We learnt a lot about Dave as a person through these interactions with Reece. He was open honest and made it so that Reece opened up. Some favourite times were when Reece cooked for Dave for the first time, when Dave had to kill the spider and he didn't laugh at Reece, when Dave asked Reece to move in. Also when Reece let his mother know where to go, I was so happy he finally did that. I liked the dialogue too, the interactions felt very real. It is a great story Renee!

This is beautiful and meaningful.. I remind my son a lot of what's said in this piece regularly, because of the fact that our family is literally representative of the United Nations. We forget sometimes that acceptance is not a given and some people still don't see much beyond their own bigotry. Such is the world we live in. Im glad to have read this.

Great chapter 2 tim. The actions of the characters are steeped in realism. Louis' thoughts especially, are ones we have in times like this but dare not say out loud. It makes me connect even more to the story. Rena I was prepared not to like, but again her behaviour is typical I suppose. I liked getting to know her a littler better. As as difficult as this is probably going to be to read. There is a little progress but it sure as hay not going to be easy. I am looking forward to seeing how they all forge ahead on this journey.. Excellent job tim...
