Three great choices.. I love the light hearted, downright funny play with Faris and James. Delicious has made me giggle and laugh out loud more than I can remember.
Levko was not easy but I think because of the way you wrote/ told it, I was moved beyond the fact that it was personal to you to se to the heart of the story itself.
After The Past was another emotional story but on a very different scale. I think it is one of my favourite things you've written inspite of the semi-rollercoaster.
I like that these three pieces show how diverse and brilliant your writing is. It is what I love most about reading your work. I look forward to whatever's next..
Great promo tim..
It was all about the dragons for me too. I think I damn near broke my couch from jumping up.
Also, remember season 1 when we got the very first look at the dragons. That was a moment.
You know when the pilot makes a smooth landing and the passengers erupt with applause? Yeah...that right now... This was an easy entry Gary, right back into the fray like you never left/paused..
Kendall and Michael are going to be wonderful parents, not that there was any doubt.. It was a joy getting back together with this family..
I can dig Christmas in July, thanks Gary..
Great prompt Puppi.. Joel's nature served him well here. I have no doubt he and Lucas will take care of Tommy. You might have to carry Lucas kicking and screaming, but he always does the right thing.
Oh, oh, oh! This made me sad, even though I applaud Noël for challenging Diarmad at every opportunity. But I feel like they're broken. Heck, I'm broken. I hope someone truly has D by the gonads and all of this would have been worth it and he didn't ruin them. I've exhausted my brain trying to guess why, so I'll be patient (barely) while it unfolds.,
Oh no, Bryce! That's a terrible thing to have happen, but he doesn't let it beat him down. We do get a glimpse of the real Bryce, and he's been hurting and still pushing through.. Makes me hopeful for getting to know the man who doesn't mask his hurt behind the flair. Though I hope he doesn't lose that side of him.
The timing of Nathan, and Bryce realising that partying isn't all that and maybe he can settle down is divine!
Val, this is heartbreaking. I knew it was going to be hard but...Galen is in torment. With Liam there now, he can hopefully get the help he needs to start working through that trauma. Even as he's hurting, Liam seems to still want to protect Josh. That speaks to the depth of what he feels for Josh. But all those feelings are wrapped up in pain.
So well done Val. I'm curious to see how you bring them out of this darkness..
Wow.. Ben and Travis have such a road ahead. There is so much turmoil within each of them, then Ben had to fracture that little trust/hope that Travis had. Then there's the new facet to their relationship. Great that Travis knew what Ben needed, what they both needed - clearly sex is not a problem. At some point they have to talk, really talk as they have yet to deal fully with Travis' past and Ben's present. Can they build and sustain what could potentially be a great relationship for them both?
Anxious to see where this goes as always..
Why she fought tim, I think was her gift to you. So you would know to fight too, against all odds. So you too, would not go gentle... And, you don't....
I relate to those feelings in your poem all too well..
