Like your other work, Cynus you paint such a vivid picture here. The curious part of me can't wait to see what Caleb's journey to find Ethan will be like. The cautious part of me is giving him such a lecture of all the pitfalls. The journal will not be an easy read, but Mrs Pallet says it might give Caleb and Liz answers. Yay! I guess Don needed to process things in his own time and in his own way. It's amazing the way the mind works as this was probably the biggest block preventing him from moving forward. I had malaria..lol. The pitfalls of WebMD self diagnosing.. Jake was starting to sound a little paranoid from his reasoning about his friends to what he was actually suffering from. I was relieved when he recognized the symptoms of alcohol withdrawal. Thing is, to know if he keeps going it could be worse. Knowing that is good, and while it's highly unlikely that he will not have another drink, I hope for his sake he can stay sober long enough to 'see' himself.. Great chapter, Cole.,

I am so relieved Ben made the choice to stay. One, because Travis needs him to be there and be that guy and two, I'm still really worried about what he might say or be pushed into saying, on air about the rumours.. that's held off for now at least. Travis will probably be mad about the lawyer but really, he needs the help and this is Ben taking care of him the best way he can. I said it before, the two men have the makings of a great relationship. They seem to balance each other with knowing when to give and take, push and stand down. Sure, it's rough still, but if only everything else would fall away. Wishes... I wonder if Katykins now realises how big a role she's played in this mess. I will patiently wait for the next chapter..it's always worth it!
