Easements can be a real PITA. There are all manner of subtle easements on your property you might not think of like power, gas, water, and cable lines. Anyone buying waterfront property might find they don't have unrestricted and unfettered use of their property on the shoreline. -

Huntington has these things locked up because they are uncontrollable. The only way they can be used is as either a vanguard or solo force. I really doubt the weakness Enya found is the only one. Their eyes aren't armored for one.

In California you need a state permit and they're banned in Maryland, but that's it. Mostly they're used these days for controlled burns.
