  1. I've never personally known anyone with the name Graeme. I always assumed it was one of those British spellings that was pronounced like something other than it appears. I would pronounce it Graham, like a graham cracker. I do know several guys with that name.
  2. I agree. Please take this the right way...if his sex with others is meaningless, perhaps his sex with you is also meaningless. Try to make it more meaningful. If he still strays, it is probably because the sex is all he is looking for. I wish you the very best.
  3. Send Dan a private message (PM) at: https://www.gayauthors.org/forums/index.php...E=4&MID=212
  4. The other 10% to 15% must be exceptionally busy.
  5. Congratulations, Wen! What is a red dog? I know blue dog Democrats are fiscal conservatives.
  6. I think you have missed the point, Sir. (May I call you "Sir"?) The more appealing performer won the contest. You can't be sure that all the homophobes voted against Adam any more than you can be sure that all the gays voted for him. Just because most Americans are not gay does not mean most Americans are homophobes.
  7. You make some good points, Chris. You might say talent is no respecter of sexual orientation. I don't think Kris won because Adam is gay. He won because his performance appealed to more of the people who voted. If religion was the determining factor, the Mormon would have won last year.
  8. Now you're trying to get the cart before the horse. The provisional certificate was issued after the chapter was posted. The only decision remaining to be made is the possible revocation of said provisional certificate.
  9. The ACLU has acted on its earlier threat and has filed a lawsuit against the public school systems in Nashville and Knoxville. Tennessean article is at Metro Schools sued over block on gay web sites.

    there and back again...

Great pictures of Yosemite! My favorite place. Thanks, Viv.
  11. Provisional. Didn't say that.

Very true. You could end up with a ________ so large that everyone who saw it would run away screaming.
  13. Is the title of this chapter a little misleading? I can't see anything significant that has gone awry. True, Eric and Jansen hit a snag, but I don't think they even had any plans. As for cliffhangers...perhaps a provisional certificate of no cliffhangers is in order. The chapter had a relatively "soft" ending. Of course the volcano, the nukes, Scar's impending invasion, and a bottle of tequila are still hanging out there.
  14. Cliff James has released Chapter 37 of Changing Lanes, "The Best Laid Plans...". ~Robert Burns
  15. You might try this. I use a good gel applied to my hair while it is still damp after shampooing. After it dries, I run a comb through it which leaves my hair soft (not "crustyugh") and which stands up to all but the strongest winds. Experiment...it may work for you. Oh, I'm not anal about my hair; there's no need since it always looks good.
  16. It's still yesterday here, but not too early to wish you a... Happy Birthday!
  17. You look fine, Lacey...long hair or short.
  18. I don't do salt water...dries the skin.
  19. CLIFFHANGER. There, I have that out of the way before a certain goat even suggests otherwise. So, we have a lot of action in this chapter, including developing relationships. I, too, think Keith and Brian are going to become an item. I have two questions: If the volcano collapses into the Atlantic, where do the bombs end up? Will Instinct be ruined financially when their "collateral" disappears?
  20. I just came across this article on foreplay at webmd.com. It is written about heterosexual intercourse, but could apply to gay relationships. It contains an interesting explanation of why men often rush to the entree and skip the appetizer. Do you engage in foreplay or rush to conclusions? Please keep it clean.
  21. Michael, it seems your friend is not only anxious to find a new hubby, she is also promiscuous. (You may not agree, but the statistics speak for themselves.) This is very bad for the daughter. Even six-year-olds who don't know much about sex pick up on the lifestyle. Her mother is teaching her what "acceptable" conduct is. There's a good chance she will reprise what her mother is doing when she is grown. Sorry, I have no idea what you can do about the situation given your strained relationship with the mother. You do have a heart. Guard it with your life. Mike
  22. Joe, this blog entry is a real revelation for me. I had absolutely no idea that donuts were vegetables. I agree with Mark that you have to be a bit more direct with people who won't take a hint. You are a nice guy and hate to hurt someone's feelings or create a scene, but you are both investing a lot of time (and gas money) in a relationship that is going nowhere. You can still be gentle with him but be unequivocal at the same time. Good luck. I disagree with Mark on one thing he said: You are neither plain nor simple. Mike
  23. Your pictures are great! Especially this one: Thanks.
  24. Happy Mothers Day to the mother of my sons and the mothers of my grandsons. It's a great day.
  25. Duncan has treated us to another great chapter. Luc and Matt begin to bond a little. It's amazing what a cup of coffee in the morning can lead to. A little light is beginning to get in, but others are still getting wounded.
