Hope is a major virtue and Christmas is an occasion to cultivate it. God, if he exists, is the same for everyone. He is a God of compassion and forgiveness. I voted "I dont care". There is enough porn on the net and if you want to share some more you could do it as restricted PM . IMO, it doesnt bring anything more and there is always a danger that GA could get in difficulties through bringing porn in it. But I dont want to be considered as some kind of a pervert, neither as some kind of a bigot. Some porn is funny and I'm not unfriendly to it. So let it go and BTW porn is more than "fapping" ! It's really an hard decision to take. I cannt give you an advice, but I just can tell what I would do in the same position as you are : Quit ! because : More money means more freedom, Changing job means more experiences Meeting new people (bosses, other employees) means more contacts BTW, I dont understand your boss : if he really think you are the man for this new challenge, I suppose he will accept to pay an higher salary. If not, as you say, you shouldnt trust hiem and quit. IMO, a young manas you are (aged 25) should not stay longer than 3 years in any job. I have more than 50 years of business experiences and changed my job 9 times in this period, and I'm happy I did it !

But IMO the best start is to go to hosted authors and trying to find the one you like, experimenting yourself, with non only the pleasure of reading, but also the pleasure of "hunting". I was also very impressed by this video. But my questions as a very old man with a lot of bad experiences : How many people will really see it and how many homophobes will change their behaviour ? Most homophobes are what they are because their deep religious thoughts. I doubt they will change their minds. Am I wrong ? Homophoby is often the result of the pressure of a religious environment. What could be done, on a large scale, to fight against it ? The numerous suicide cases which were reported in the last weeks attest this fight ist not yet gained. The way to a broad tolerance toward gayness is still a long long road to go. Old Bob (with a little hope but still doubtful!)

I know what you feel. Each time somebody near to us leaves, a part of us is also leaving. But what remains in us make us stronger and wiser. Believe me, I know, and with the years and the memories of all who left me, parents and children, they become part of me. Sadness becomes Understanding and Death make sense. You will also feel it.

You have not to feel yourself responsible for the job you worked for, and worked well. Your responsability as a citizen of USA is to vote for the right people, and your choice depends on the information you get before you vote and on your belief. If these people, once elected, deceive you, the responsability is their and not yours. I'm saying this by experience. I'm often not in accord with the decisions taken by my government, but I voted for their members. If I feel it was wrong, I will vote for others the next time. I will be serious for just a few minutes. I lived such "emergency" times during WWII (June 40 in France) and James's description is very "live". Just a point isnt right, from my own experiences. Such situations (Emergency Broadcast)never come "alone".There were (and certainly will in the future) always preceded by a lot of "smaller" events', often months before, which are like a kind of warning, so in real, the listeners should be better prepared than the readers of your blog. It's exactly what I would say. Before voting, to make the necessary researches and ask directly all the people who want you to vote for them what they really stand for. It needs time and luck to find the real opportunities to contact them, but it is worth the efforts you need to do.

You have to distinguish stories and posts in forums. Writing stories is a long term matter. Authors should have time to correct their style and their speelling. Posting in forums is more a matter of passion or participation and doesn't need to be right edited. For me, when I post, I always use Babylon translater if I have a difficulty to find the exact term I want to use in english. Some posters write their comment in a way that's american slang for me. I'm happy of that, because it's an occasion to learn a bit of a strange language .

The good side of the bad times you had to live is the rebound after you have hit the bottom. Life is always a succession of ups and downs. Believe me, you may learn much more from the downs than from the ups . I could tell you a lot about my experiences and the lessons they gave me. Just one exemple, from my professional life : within 3 months (I was just 50) my fortune decreased from about 6'000'000 Swiss francs to zero, nothing ! What only remainded was a few friends (I lost also all the deceptive cognates who used to pretend to be true friends just to thrive from my money), some contacts and a strong will to show to all who doubted about my competences that I was able to "come back".
