Brandon's dad's health problems will be just the thing he needs to focus on. It will keep him from wallowing in misery over Reed. Maybe by helping Dad, Brandon will be able to get himself sorted. I hope you will fill us in on what Reed is up to. I know in one of your earlier responses you stated in a break up both side share the blame. I am trying to figure out Brandon's fault in this breakup. It seems to me he transformed himself into what Reed wanted. Maybe losing part of himself along the way was his contribution to Reed's wandering eye. Can't wait for the next chapter! Thanks. Jeff

As much as I love murder mysteries, I always fall for the red herrings and never know "who dunnit" until the author reveals the murderer. And it seems like there's always one character that talks too much to the detective near the end. You are doing a terrific job! And I really love these characters. Can't wait for the big reveal! This was an intense chapter, and still no direct confrontation with Eric. I imagine that is still to come. I'm glad Katy knows what happened with Eric. Maybe now she and Travis can straighten out their relationship. It's also good that Ben has quit denying his feelings for Travis. Becuse of the somber nature of this story, I wonder if HEA is a possibility. I am still totally hooked and can't wait to see what's next. Your writing is amazing! Thank you. Jeff

What a great short story! A duck shifter is a new one for me, but I really liked Isaac. And the singer turning out to be a loon reminded me of an O. Henry ending. Very well done. Thank you.

Sounds like lots of changes for Ryder. I hope having Tyler for a boyfriend will help him cope. I was unclear if Dad's new job will require a move to a different town. And how will that affect Ryder's budding relation with Tyler?

Well I had to google execrable because I wasn't certain I had the correct definition. Your story was terrific! I think it stands alone as a short story, but I wouldn't mind reading more. I was not expecting this ending, but I really appreciated the tenderness and love from Jason. Thanks for this story. I look forward to more bits and pieces!

You often like to end with a bomb drop! I was pretty sure this move for Ritchie was going to happen, and I'm happy for him that it did! You set the whole thing nicely. Oh, this is dirty pool! Yes, your story could stand alone, but I have so many questions. And you have these intriguing characters, and an interesting set up. For what it's worth, my vote is for you to continue. Write a lot more. What a shame to leave these characters. Matt has a lot more He wants us to know. And Jake also has a lot to get off his chest. A Phillipino legend is an interesting choice for the basis of a gay love story. I will Google again to find out more. Are you from the Philippines or did you come across this myth? A lot of information in this chapter, and a little romance/lust. And Dustin turned out to be a major jerk. Lots going on. Thanks for more fun!

This chapter was another step forward for the boys. And are you taking a refresher course on writing hot sex scenes? I think you're averaging 2.5 per chapter! And if you don't get an A+ I am personally going to scold your professor.

A good conversation, great sex, a good dinner, and an old friend were all fun to read. This chapter had more of your great characters and good conversation. The cliffhanger I am not so happy about.
