I felt sad for Eric, and the way he is suffering. Ryan took care of him, even during his drunken problem (I worry he uses drinking to drown sadness). Ryan was great, just wish he could say the " I love you" when Eric is awake.

Yeah, Nate is the villain in this story, I'm curious with what will happen to him when people find out. Wish him a box full of bad things. But damn Ryder! Are you even trying? So your depression makes you not talk and interact for hours, and now you decide to make talk with a bastard and accepted a drugs from him? That doesn't feel like trying to me. Teddy does deserve much better than you, but it is you his heart wants. Not even 18, you have the mind of a 13 year old. It was time you start acting on your promises. Anyway, another glimpse on how Oliver and Teddy had a very different childhood. Still, Oliver continues to behave like a spoiled hurtful baby, he is purposely mean about his brother all the time, glad Teddy doesn't hear it.

I go for Fasha to be the underking lover. Maxthane seem to have some better ideals, but I don't know if they would fit the Shade. He would probably give a good King if they win over the immortal one. Where will Styx go? One doesn't have a magic tattoo done to a child just to abandon them, there is more to Styx story, he might be someone important. Who is Grim? If he was alive when Prism was around, he lived as much as the immortal king... Who is he looking for? Styx?

Andy is a good man, even if the first meeting went wrong. He can now see why it went badly, and what he should do better. Adam is an amazing partner, we completes Andy, and help him grow with what happened. Great chapter.

True, specially in this case XD although I understand why doctors avoid it, the danger of too "personal" exist not only for the patient but for the doctor as well. I am not a doctor but I imagine that if you get too attached, with the amount of mental diseases and untreatable/incurable problems they see on the daily basis, it might be emotionally destructive, we would probably run out of doctors, and they would fill the psychic ward themselves.

Loved it, the family discussion was really needed, and while Ryder is responsible for his own actions, it was very nice to see Teddy's mom recognize that he IS sick and was in great suffer, and that he deserves help. Still think that they could have talked and explained things better to Oliver, I agree with mom that that was not the moment, but Teddy should have gone talk to Oliver after. Great chapter!

Now I have to provoke you... Weren't that real problems, for their age and emotional development? The meaning that at the time they gave to going to one of Teddy's games, or to one of Ryder's concert (even before Messiah) was real, it affected them, so the problems around that were also really important for them, at the time.

Ritchie is a good kid, even if a bit wild at times. Happy that they are n Australia again and that Ritchie could see new things, it is good for kids to travel and contact different cultures. Owen's parents had a great idea, some business knowledge would hurt, if law doesn't work out he can always manage a business; if he became an environment lawyer, so business knowledge might help fighting/working with big corporations.

No Teddy, it is not a bad thing as long as you keep your eyes wide open. The problems didn't magically heal themselves. As I expected Ryder will need to be with people. I am dying to know how the talk with the parents go. I don't see Harry agreeing very easily, almost expect Teddy and Ryder to move in with Blake and Liz.

Wow, absolutely love this chapter. They both developed and grew. Teddy became more in touch with what happened to him all these years and with his feelings; and Ryder might just find new strength after their talk. Yes making your life and recovery depend on other person is dangerous, he needs to want to fight for himself, but maybe the knowledge that being sick hurts Teddy will helping him find the strength, even without a relationship (so far). Anyway, will Ryder be ok to stay on his own in 2 weeks? I know that Oliver doesn't want it, but I feel that Teddy might end up moving anyway... Although Oliver might not mind if it is to help his hero.

Wow not really hating Araziah yet, but he is definitely behaving like a dominating dictator. If that's how he really is (that's very dangerous fort Torsten), or if he is still learning to balance is interactions with others, we will have to see. It is true that he didn't psychic force Torsten. Theo shouldn't have done that, he might think it is the way to protect Torsten, but he should know that he is throwing away Torsten confidence and the possibility of the Order to help him. If the Conclave wins Torsten will not be safe, no human will, Theo should realise that. Sebby... Happy you introduce him, I was curious to meet dragons other than water or fire. Now if he will be a love interest I don't know, just because he is small, witty and amazingly beautiful doesn't mean he is gay. Although a powerful dragon might be what is needed to control the crazy impulses of the red-headed dragon.
