Things are still slipping lower, but now that Nicola knows just how low Robbie has gotten I think things will change. I really hope there is hope for Robbie and Connor. Alex needs help, but at least he needs to go away.........

Well the secrets keep getting more intense. We now have a way to get more information from the other side. I hope that this is not discovered and bad things happen to those involved. Kitryn has been 'educated' in the perceptiveness of children and will now undoubtedly put much more faith in the things Fran sees and says. This story is just pulling me in deeper and deeper! Short sweet and wonderful. Geron, you have the gift for telling stories within stories without even giving a lead in. Keep the tales coming so we can keep smiling!! Also, I had the excessive width problem with Chrome. I was able to solve it by reducing the text size with the tools at the top of the page.

Another great chapter! Another mating is near I think. What will the elder mage find out when he sees Frans room? Could her vision actually be a helpful soul and not a spirit with bad intentions? Hopefully some of these questions will be answered in the next chapter. Keep up the great work Caz.

Great chapter with several great highlights. Rory is just a great and caring friend. Robbie showed a lot of growth by finally seeing that good friends are worth much more than a quick fuck... Alex is continuing to show his rough side and will undoubtedly be a problem for Robbie and Conor. We can only hope that Robbie continues to grow up and manages to avoid much of the homophobia that Don and Sue are keeping at the top of their minds. Nathan is ok in his own way, but never really a good match for Robbie. Him being a friend of Daniels and over the top camp just had very little chance to work long term. He could be a good friend if both could let the past be the past and move forward without the bad feelings. Robbie really needs someone to take his mind off of Nathan and Conor might just be that someone! Keep up the Great writing! Your story is always a welcome highlight when new chapters post!!!

Great start to what will surely be a magical story! I think that following Kippys skwish is magical in itself. These boys always cause the great feelings of love and caring to just radiate from the page. I know there will be magic when Charlie is involved, but what magic and surprise will the towns folk bring? The mayor warned them to be ready for pranks from the people around them. I think the one that is going to be the most caught off guard is uncle Bob. What is an illusionist going to do when the magic is REAL? The fun will begin in the next chapters . Great chapter!! I simply hope Walter brings in the hounds of hell on Don and Sue for child endangerment or some equally frowned on reason. Another thing that would be gut busting funny would be Don getting a summons by the adoption judge to explain why there has been an inquiry about nullifying the adoption. I know this just me, but it would be great to see Don stroke out due to the bad press......

@Ethan It is the right of every author to create their stories their way. With that said, you are a great writer with the ability to draw readers into the world of your characters. This is why you are seeing the rebellion against Jordan and the developing situation. If your goal was to develop empathy for your characters, you hit the nail on the head! Now as for myself, I am a hopeless romantic and do enter the worlds of my readings. To see the lead characters hurt causes my negative reactions. This is not really your fault, as you are creating that world the way you need it to be for your story. Bravo. I can and have waited until a story is complete to read it through. This allows me to sail through cliffhangers and rocky moments and quickly get to the happy solutions to the problem. I will even admit to skipping to the end of the last chapter first to see if the main characters are still alive and happy. If they are, I read the story. If they are not, I move on before I grow attached to them. Just my way of dealing with personal pain I guess. Keep writing your story in YOUR way and us readers will read it our way!! I do love the story, but I have developed a great empathy for both Noah and Jordan and do not want to see either one hurt. I know there are rocky roads in any relationship. This is life. But to have to wait for the next chapter, while feeling the characters pain, detracts from the enjoyment of the story. This is my style and others will disagree. I respect that. Keep writing, your work is great!!

This is a great short story with both humor and a message about the holidays that needs to be remembered. Give it a read and you will be laughing and smiling by the end!!!!

Geron, Only you could make me feel sorry for a cow. This is a warming little tale that really does show what the holidays are really about. We really do need to remember our friends and family and reflect on and enjoy the important things in our lives. Happy holidays my friend and also to all who see this!

Good chapter considering all the different pieces. I have known people just like Jordans dad. It is hard to believe a father could be that selfish, but they do exist. Jordan gave it an honest try. Now he can wash his hands of his father with a clear conscience and live his life for him and those he loves and values.

This an absolutely wonderful bit of Christmas magic. The story tells itself, but it keeps you glued to the words until the very last one! Geron has an incredible way of telling stories while wearing his rose colored glasses .

This story had me crying at the end. We must remember Christmas miracles and give thanks to those that sacrifice family to protect our freedoms. This story hits very close for me as a good friend of our family just lost her youngest son in Afganistan two weeks ago. Thank You Geron for helping us remember those away from home and the magic when they return (hopefully). Great story!!!!!
