Now the question has been answered and now the good stuff is coming.Before we get any more details I'll throw this out there it sounds like Colin and Ethen are under witness protection I think it's safe to say Ethen would not do this to Jake on his own I think he had no choice the original plan I guess would be for Colin and Ethen to leave in the middle of the night and not be heard from again but instead Ethen had his accident and it was decided it was better to fake his death I hope Cody followed Jake because he was really worried not because he was suspicious of something.If this plays out like we might think then Cody may get screwed over.

So the million dollar question is are Alan's strange happenings at work and the strange letter Jake received connected? I think this is the development we needed to know and now it looks like what some of us hinted at and some outright said in the last chapter comments is the case .We may know the what and who but now we need to know the why.

Just like I thought Ethen is not far away from Jakes thoughts even after a year after what Jake said to Cody and regretted about losing his BF this tells me while Jake loves Cody it more like a best friend kind of love unfortunately for Cody he will always be number two to Ehten in Jake's heart. A far as that mysterious letter that Jake got @BoyLove thought that it's Callum is a very good guess but I don't see how Callum would have the means to track him down find out his address etc.Now ask yourself who does. I have a crazy thought WAYYYY!!! in the back of my mind and until I hear more details in upcoming chapters I'm going to keep it to myself but I have a gut feeling.It would explain the secrecy and this person would have the means.I bet some other readers have the same thought if you do I would suggest you don't express it until we find out more

I hope Shane insecurities doesn't make him do an off the cusp negative reaction. First Shane wanted to lick Deme's legs then suck on his neck among other things.Next time when they are alone just have Deme be totally naked so Shane can orally cover everthing "Oh wait you missed a spot"

By far Colin got the worst of it losing your son such a short time after losing your wife and course Jake and Cody are suffering big losses even Luke for that matter but that's just the obvious .We never did get to find out what was going on with Callum it could be with Ethen ,Jake and Cody still being around they might have found out I could see Cody relating to Callum about his horrible parent situation but that will never happen it unbelievable how a death of a person not even an adult yet and has no position of responsibility could have such a far reaching effect. So now to the sequel @James Matthews mentioned.It will be fair to say Ethen's memory is going to stay with Jake but now Jake and Cody will be in the same room so the obvious is going to happen but being in close quarters I just hope Jake's mental state won't be too much for Cody

Anybody who has read this author's past stories know that he is incredible in writing scenes that bring out what Evan so perfectly described as "happy tears" he really outdid himself with this chapter.When Mr London was telling Matt he has a mission to fulfill and was truly blessed and then Matt was overcome with emotion and slid down to the floor and then when Hayden was running down the hall to sit next to Matt and put his arms around him that one gesture alone showed Matt more love then he got his whole lifetime with his parents.And there is absolutely nothing to add to the touching classroom scene. Stephanie being there was interesting she told Matt to call her if he would do the story but he hasn't called so I think she was there to pitch Mr. London her story idea and for Mr. London to talk Matt into doing it.

Ethen been Jake's BF a few weeks now and in that time Jake has cheated on him with Cody and got too stinko at the party to do anything at Ethens's house if Jake was trying to F this up he couldn't have done any better.But at the end there he was making up for it somewhat. Now Cody is going to start going to school with Jake and Luke I wonder if there's going to any drama there?What am I saying of course there will be

The good parts. Craig shown that he has some sense separating from Hazel how could anyone stay with someone who did what she did? The conversations between the various characters and their parents was very good especially with Colin and Ethen. It's looks like Luke and Cody are a good match their personalities are perfect for each other. Now the bad. Jake was so stupid he proved what @drsawzall wrote in the previous chapter comments to be right. I'm guessing he hadn't been to very many parties like this back in the UK but still he has to be aware of the fact that drinking like that isn't good for his condition. On top of that I'm sure Ethen may have some plans for he and Jake after the party well now that's out the window

Being out in a barren area like that I imagine that there would be no cell service there I ask that because that would mean they would need multiple trucks to get more supplies you sure don't want a truck to break down in the middle of nowhere

This incident shows how much Ethen cares about Jake if there was any doubt it was also good of Cody to reassure Ethen that everything was going to be Okay. That was an interesting discussion the three had led by Ethen from his practicing TM perspective as Cody said Ethen doesn't speak like a 17 year old while he was very wise here he must not have been practicing TM while he was doing all that sleeping around. It's good that guys spoke of this and realize that they all find each other attractive one thing I would caution is about that party they'll be going to alcohol lowers inhabitions let's home there are no temptations. One more serious concern is Jake while meeting new people at the party might imbibe more then he should that would not be good for his diabetic condition

Alex had a interesting thought in his head are there more of them?The question of why Owen wouldn't be safe is intriguing.I'm going to throw this out there does Owen have the same condition only whatever triggers it isn't known yet?It could be Owen is unaware of it if so. Now assuming my speculation is wrong how can I put this. Would Alex and Owen exchanging bodily fluids pass on that condition to Owen.I don't think Alex is into biting during sex but if he is I could happen that way also

I applaud Jake for telling Ethen what happened I believe the majority of people who have done the same thing will vow to themselves never to do it again but will never speak of what happened. A couple of reasons that could explain Ethen's calm reaction is that he know Jake and Cody are a unique situation and Ethen also realizes he may have done the same thing himself in the past.As long as Jake is serious about never again things should be OK. I hope Cody's reaction is just seeing Ethen for the first time with Jake got to him. The upcoming party should be interesting.I have no reason to say this there have been no clues but I have a gut feeling Cody and Luke might end up with each other eventually just a thought in my mind.

Before I address the main issue I hope what Alan said to Craig gets through Craig's thick skull. Well no big surprise what happened between Cody and Jake. It was established that Cody was legitimately cold and with no extra blankets or sweats or coat to wear this was Cody's only option so he didn't plan this but that's not to say once he got to Jakes bed he didn't hope something would happen having said that Jake was the one that made the move.I think he really likes Ethen but he also still likes Cody.Jake has to decide right now who he likes better or who would he be more happy with etc. Whatever Jake decides both Ethen and Cody would have a legit argument that it's not fair. To quote a recurring line in this story "This is fucked"

It's no surprise It's never going to end with Salvatore it will always be something else and then something else again. Kyle was not wrong in his reaction to Mathias but he still feels bad about it can't say I understand that
