I get why the guys are upset over Freckles especially Brandon but I think Davey did the right thing.Freckles was already getting a raw deal telling him what was about to happen would have made it so much worse.I'm not sure Davey could have explained the situation to them on his own he was able to do so with this Sean's help because of the way they were speaking different languages and picking up each other's stories. But getting back to Freckles how do you tell a person he's going to die oh your body will still be here but another version of you will be in it? I say not letting him know plus going to Disneyland and later have him finding out what it was like to kiss Davey was better then any kind of knowledge of his upcoming demise.So they didn't get to say goodbye to him but if his last hours would have been hell that would be OK.I hope I made sense

This group in this timeline are easily the best group of friends yet even more so when Freckles was part of the group but even with this Sean it's an exceptional group the compassion they had for Jeremy made me misty eyed.The guys in the other timelines. were fundamentally the same people but different factors made them act differently.It should also be noted the compassion Davey's father showed.I think because Davey had been here longer and could plan things better.So like other readers have suggested how the hell will go wrong here LOL. So Davey after school is going to tell the guys about Sean and himself he could have told Sean this before he made that decision.I get that you don't want to keep secrets but do they really have to?What are the pros and cons about telling them and not telling them?I can imagine them finding out about Freckles is not going to go over well

Casper is right not to go home but if he's at a safe place like James house he could still have a semblance of a relationship with it will take a lot of time. How far back do these people with powers go?We know Hideyoshi and Tsuru had Peter.I ask this because among the adults who have these powers don't they at least have some kind of theory among themselves on what is the best way handle the possibility that your children may have powers?I'm sure none of them would have told Ray and his wife to do what they did.We are not sure what Charlie's mom did but that also seems to be inadequate.If their enemies were aware of Charlie's ability how were they so unprepared for a possible kidnapping?

Other readers will be for more eloquent then I in reviewing this story I'm just making sure this author gets his share of 5 star reviews and trust me he will probably before I'm done writing this. If you read this author's other stories you know that he's very good at taking his and other people's life experiences plus doing his due research in creating a story you can relate to.There are many stories on the GA site about teenagers coming to terms about being gay and coming out.In this our main character Rick while no age is given I think it's safe to say he is in 40's and is still in the closet.Living in a small town where most of the people grew up with him or at least knows him well complicates thing in addition to a dominating father who thinks he needs supervision even from a distance. His Job as the town's very respected Plummer has him cross path with a concert Pianist named Gus.From this point things are different and Rick tries to find a path to Gus. The one thing that set this author's apart from other good writer's is while you root for his main characters you also openly cheer for them and feel the emotions they feel. Enjoy reading this story there is no doubt in my mind you will.

This chapter made me see the time travel thing in way I haven't though of before.When Davey went back he remembered everything he experienced up to that point but when Sean came back this time it was under conditions Davey had changed so Sean knows almost nothing about the last seven years.I'm having a hard time expressing this but I guess "Freckles" is dead the guy who had all those experiences with Davey and who made friends with the others from the get go no longer exists.The current Sean is in so many ways the same person but isn't, it's difficult to put in words. Davey is going to have to go over a lot with this Sean like telling these friend are not the same guys who bullied him. I hope wrestling season is over because it would be hard to explain someone who's the best in his weight class all of a sudden have no idea what he's doing.Davey is going to have to have a lot of training sessions with Sean to get him up to speed.Davey mentioned that he will explain to Brian why he took Freckles to Disneyland instead of him that means telling him all the secrets.I wonder what Brian and I assume the others will think when they find out the Sean who was their friend isn't with them anymore

Well what happened in what was I think the first time Davey went back in time happened in this lifeline only a little sooner and Brian's uncle being alive for him to talk to made him more confident in what he wanted to do with Davey.Also Sean,Brandon and Trevor seemed to be a threesome I don't remember that happening before I bet since this time Sean was friends with them from the start I bet his gaydar was working and that's how they found out about each other There was one telling thought by Davey "A ghostly image came to my mind at that moment, and I almost imagined the tangy taste of blood in my mouth"That implies that he does have memories of the previous lifeline. When Dad said "We need to talk" Maybe he saw the hug just before Brian left

Loved the chapter everything seems to be cool.Some authors like to do a chapter like that before something bad happens LOL.With the court case coming up I hope that is not the case here
