Pleasantly surprised at the reaction from Colt's friends and sister to him admitting he was gay. Happy that Brett was not badly hurt. Have a feeling our illustrious author is about to really shake things up.

The technology is available and keeps getting less expensive. Colt strikes me as being tech savvy and knowledgeable in such things. Colt has probably gotten even with his wonderful sister using such technology in the past.

Cann't even think straight this chapter makes me so mad and angry. George needs gone, disappeared. Noah's mom is a worthless piece too. Hidden video cameras would be about the only way to nail George. Killing George is too risky for Noah and Colt to attempt, although I have so many methods of murder in mind. Let the other prisoners kill the asshole in prison.

Beautifully written ending and story. Good balance of plot and sizzle throughout. I am sure the sequel will be excellent. Thank you @KKirk for a great story.

I have to say, your title banner picture is perfect and very hot. Marc prefers the more dominant dad-type that Frank just happens to be. This should be a great story with these characters.

Such a beautiful and touching chapter @Mark Ponyboy Peters. Matt, Luke, and the grandparents constantly spending time at the hospital with Julie and Levi should help Levi know he is cared about. As long as Levi keeps an open mind he will find he has a new loving family.

I know why Mark did it, but why? Catherine is a smart woman, and I am pretty sure she knows of Victor's past indiscretions but does not know about Mark. Julian will be devastated if and when he finds out. I am guessing Catherine is the one person that might be able to clean up the mess Mark has put himself into.

Jesse might be the bait now, but he is the strongest and most stable we have seen him. Jesse's new attitude will probably help him survive what's coming with Ares's and Hank's assistance.

I get a really comfortable feeling with this chapter too. An occasional rough moment from Taggert, but he seems slightly less on edge. Appreciate that Ash and Taggert seem to have the working together situation pretty well resolved. Now they can start working on getting to know each other more personally.

Hopefully Brett is not seriously injured. As @Summerabbacat said, most of his "friends" didn't seem to give a shit. Really curious how much information Vincent has on past abuse. As @SilentandBroken said, signs of abuse on Noah may be visible this time. The problem is, would Noah be honest if the authorities were called in by Michelle if injuries or bruises existed?

Noah's protectiveness of George is disturbing. Has George conditioned it into Noah or is Noah doing it on his own? The way Noah manipulates Colt is also troubling, possibly George's influence again? Colt overall is a good kid with morals and a good heart, but Noah seems to be using him.

So, food control is a form of punishment George uses along with isolation. Wonder if Noah's 'no penetrative sex' is because he's afraid George will notice? George seemed pleased that Brett was a suspect of the treehouse arson and not himself. Happy that Michelle suspects abuse as long as she doesn't slip up and say anything to anyone. More eyes watching out for Noah's welfare. Hope that Colt holds off on Brett's truck until he's sure that Brett truly did burn the treehouse down. His revenge is a little extreme if Brett didn't do it.

Speculating is fun @Summerabbacat, especially in the case of all the villains in the other story we both have been reading. You are also correct about authors commenting on using comment speculation for ideas. I had forgotten Toby talking about Levi previously, glad you brought that up @Summerabbacat.

Great chapter @KKirk. No need rushing to end the story. The behind-the-scenes information you put in makes the story feel real. Either you did a lot of research, or you are great at "faking it till you make it". Excellent story telling @KKirk.

I am guessing Noah is correct that Brett burned in down BUT I wouldn't put it past George either. The description of Noah's stomach and the fact that George insists Noah have dinner with him makes me wonder about abuse there as well. Great chapter with lots going on.
