Belated Happy Birthday! I just noticed this thread and it's already after midnight in your time zone!

Jacob and Russell do make a beautiful couple. When Russell said he would chose Jacob over his twin, then I was convinced.....

I can't imagine anyone who is even a bit familiar with the legal system in the US making the above statement. If there were no ambiguity in the law, there would be no need for the court system and it's various levels to handle appeals.

The "hey you" lady is sentimental and I suspect she has a fond place in the author's heart as well!

I get the impression that many in the forum have stereotyped Alex and not in a very flattering way. I suspect that Mark may be contributing to that impression intentionally so that he can shatter it in some dramatic matter. I seem to remember a short time ago (story-wise) we were set-up to blame Matt for all kinds of shortcomings and he seems to have redeemed himself pretty well. While Alex is a foil and will probably never be a main character in CAP, I can see Mark bringing him back in the future, say ten years in CAP time. It is another thing he is wont to do. I am just enjoying the story as it progresses. My biggest concern is not JJ but Zach's ankle. My biggest regret is as I said in my review: They are in Hawaii and no mention of the beach anywhere.......

Playing on that ankle without any information that it was at least well taped made me cringe at the damage that run could do. The handcuff and broken key was too funny and so unlike Will. Cheap tawdry sex toys should now be permanently off his shopping list. JJ and Alex. Still don't know Mark is going with this, except the next date is to the BSO. My biggest regret is that Zach and Will are in Hawaii and not at the beach.....

Interesting point about the Ocean Currents and possibly interrelated effects of climate change, change in salinity and just cyclical changes. It does seem that everyone want to dumb complicated systems down to a single cause and effect when that is rarely the case.....

Thanks! Took the family and went to the local outback in Ellisville. It was good but not out of the ordinary good. It was close and they have enough variety to suit everyone in the family including my granddaughter in middle school.

Zach's trip to Hawaii and nothing said about his ankle which I'm assuming must be way better. However, his folks are going and his dad is a bummer.
