I thought of this sentence when I saw today's word.
" You thought your shingles outbreak subsided, but instead experienced a recrudescence of the virus.
I first heard it from my mother's physician when she was there for a recurrence of shingles and the doctor called it recrudescence and gave the above quote. As shingles is a cruelly debilitating disease, I thought the word was perfect.

I also have a 1971 Sony TC-730 Reel-to-Reel Stereo Tape recorder with auto-reversing three motors and six heads which still works as well, although not as well in reverse as it used to....
....Ummmm I still do. It plays fine to. I also have a Sony Discman....from the mid-eighties. It works too.
I think that Jett and Tom are too much alike. Sorta like my daughter and granddaughter. They can get a rise out of each other with just a look.
However, I have no idea what redeeming values Sid sees in Tom or why they spent nearly all night talking. And apparently neither does April or Jett.
