The whole dinner conversation was well done. Zach's conversation with Brad also said a lot about Zach which makes me like him even more. Getting Robbie's rings back was hard, but it also brings a sense of finality to a very surreal death and may finally end up being a real help for Brad.

Chapter 17 seemed to show some resolution to the major relationship problems plaguing the family and now I expect the action to turn to JP's planned European trip with the boys where I expect the unexpected....

Zombie where did you get that he was 90 or 110. He's a young 83 year old! And it seems he got off the hook for his tax bill with only about 10 million pounds instead of 1.2 billion! So all your angst about the future of F1 was for naught.

I think a 'cover' boyfriend is a great opportunity for Mark to introduce a new recurring character with some real personality and perhaps a bit flamboyant! Perhaps someone that Stef introduces Will to? (Just wishing!)

I couldn't disagree more. Right now football is everything to Zach. He has some talent and plenty of ambition and is still young. There have been thousands of young men who have successfully hidden their preferences while pursuing careers. Hollywood was replete with them up until a short while ago and I suspect there were and are more in sports than we will ever know! A person's sexuality can be a private affair and some people even prefer it that way.

I wonder if George will have to have the minister thrown over board? Somehow I see that as a bigger problem than the Scottish peer or his pregnant bride. His approach to Nelson will have to be as a friend and I think George can pull that off. Somehow, I think the time line of this chapter is more important. The joint English-Russian invasion of Holland is underway in the war against France. By September 9 it is quite possible word has reached London of some of the major exploits.... In the latest chapter I am more intrigued by the level of involvement that Brad reveals with Wade and how that has influenced him. Fending off Cody, Slater and Mendoza, that really is a change from his past habits and I think says a lot. You could say he's still caught in a very real state of flux......

Another chapter with so much covered! I loved the entire scene with Will and Zach. Well done! Brad's reflections before getting home were also revealing. The connection with Wade was deeper than I expected and now I wonder if it will ever be truly over and convert to just friendship. Brad holding himself back from everyone including Mendoza is telling. The scene with the agent/advisor was interesting. Not sure I would trust him either. If he shit a brick over Brad's revelation I hope it was a large one! Brad can be a scary guy. More please!

I only know the Bidens by what I see on the national media and Delaware doesn't draw much press here in the Midwest. At least Biden served in the military so he has some idea of what service actually means.
