Purpose is one of my favorite books by Andy and I have heartily recommended it in the past and certainly do so again.
For those who don't know it's history, Andy published it here on GA originally and then worked on it some more and got it published at Dreamspinner Press. About that time it was moved to the "Premium" section. It is available both there and at Amazon if you want to buy your personal copy!
Good luck and stock up on fortitude!
Wedding are some of the most stressful events in anyone's life and it seems that Murphy's law rears it's ugly head way too often.
I'll keep you and her in my thoughts and send nothing but positive wishes your way!
Okay, so the latest chapter has every thing going hunky dory again and is it just me or is my worry that things are going too smooth justified knowing the devious mind of Mark Arbour?
A fun chapter for everyone. Stef got to decorate and make design decisions. JJ got complimented and had some good design ideas of his own. Will got to dance and have fun at the club and Matt lucked out with Cam who is no longer with Josh....
Life may not be back to perfect but it is certainly moving in that direction. So I wonder what evil thing Arbour has planned to happen next?
More please!
In the sixties it was don't trust anyone over 30 and then we all turned 30......
The good news is that before you know it, another milestone rolls by and pretty soon you are so busy with life that you don't have time to bitch. Of course, then the kids grow up and you discover you somehow really did get old...
Interesting to see Matt showing some maturity in the latest chapter, even to the extent of understanding Wade, perhaps better than Wade himself. His insightful hint about dealing with JJ was priceless and I about laughed out loud just picturing him saying it and then picturing Wade's reaction.
The ending of the chapter with Robbie's birth mother was pitiful. Some people like Mark said, never change. At least Matt and Wade dished it right back to her.
I recorded the movie from HBO onto my VCR and I still have the tape....
Matthew Broderick was the kid...
However I think the Ferris Bueller role is the one more people remember.
In defense of adverbs here are a couple of interesting pieces:
