Initially a response to Prompt 775 for Chapter 1, but using Prompt 777 on Chapter 2

Brian Chesney is going on a ski trip. What he finds on his trip will change his life forever.

In just a week, my life had dramatically changed.

I had just a few weeks to find a place to live and a job that will pay me enough to survive.

Why? Because my father discovered that I am gay, and as of the end of the semester, he would no longer be paying my university fees and expenses to stay at the residential college.

One day a gentleman walked into the restaurant where I worked, and my life was no longer a disaster.

They had been pulled apart, their mother slowly falling into her mind, when he had been six. But now their mother had died just a month before and her will had asked for them to come together at least one last time to get what she has left behind for them.

They thought they would walk away with a piece of liquidated estate and money for their own lives.

They hadn't expected to find themselves coming back together as siblings.

Seth and Asher are two boys growing up on New York's Lower East Side. Nearly finished with their first year at Stuyvesant, one of New York's elite public specialty high schools, they’ve become inseparable as boyfriends. Asher dreams of opening a restaurant and looks forward to helping his father open a new Cajun place. As the son of a politician, Seth helps to find a prize location for the restaurant nearby that they can afford. When tragedy strikes and faced with the possibility of it closing before it even opens, the young teens take over and manage the restaurant by themselves.

Timmy rides back to Nags Head with Pate after a real estate development meeting in Richmond. The two partnered in presenting the housing concepts to the audience and found that they had a natural chemistry. Timmy’s boss is adamant that his staff not socialize with clients, such as Pate, however fate has interceded and the fellows decide they must follow their hearts. They become the boys of summer but will it last into the fall when Timmy’s boss finds out about the relationship?

A bit of fluff about two guys and a girl. More or less!
