Space travel can deliver the unexpected

Where Charles Wentworth is now, I do not know. I thought he was dead. It took decades to get over the heartbreak of his disappearance. And yet now that he has sent me a message, I feel not relief but horror… because, if my interpretation is true, then we are all in danger. The message in the sky is clear. Humanity may be about to go extinct.

Days after an attempt to unleash demons upon the world has failed, three young men find themselves in the midst of new challenges. One must determine what it means to lead. One must face his past. The underground fighting arenas in the vampire world can be a dangerous and brutal game to play for most! But for those who are skilled enough to play the game, it can be a profitable venture for any vampire who wants to avoid living in the sewers, junkyards, and abandoned buildings, around the city of Chicago. A skilled brawler named Jacob is fighting for something. Something that he believes in. And he's come too far to stop now! Even if it brings him, face to face, with an opponent that may be completely out of his league.

A couple arrive at a crossroads in their relationship, with one of them poised to end her postdoctoral education and "start life". She's not so sure about the baby her wife wants though, working with kids and their parents facing huge health issues as an MD, but she starts having a series of mysterious dreams involving a wise little girl.

Working for a book publisher can be a frustrating task for JT, who is trying to promote some of his favorite works to his boss.
