Some days don’t go at all.

Simon is sixteen and on the edge of everything changing, his world changing from adolescent to adult, to facing up to his sexuality and coming out, but not just yet.

Over twenty different days, during four weeks in spring, this story follows Simon as he navigates the difficult journey of his coming out. Like all journeys, this one will change him but in ways he doesn’t imagine, taking him places he didn’t expect to go.

Brett Davenport and César Abelló escape the January cold of Washington for the warmth of Southern California. A potential real estate transaction serves as an excuse for a vacation in Los Angeles and a side trip to Napa. An entertainment attorney, a music mogul, a guesthouse owner, a celebrity interior designer, a movie star, a museum executive, and a couple of influencers combine to make the trip a memorable experience for the two affluent DILFs.

Alex and Jeremy meet at a summer camp at the age of thirteen. After a week, the camp is over and the boys go their separate ways. Ten years later, Alex is a prodigal son who let his family down. He returns to his hometown where he meets a young bakery owner named Jeremy, who seems to have his life figured out.

Jett Huntsman has his business straight, which is to scare schmucks into paying back what’s due. And yeah, he’s making shit tons of money while at it. Mostly because he’s good at it. Not that he brags.

What he’s not good at, though, is how to deal with seeing a crying baby left in front of his house with the self-explanatory message: “Assume responsibility, asshole!”

Jett has no time to think things through. He has schmucks to shake for money. So his kid, if that’s his kid, will have to come with him.
