PT Prompt #237

Your character has a unique way of celebrating special occasions. What is it and how did it start?

A collection of randomly inspired stories. The concepts can come from anywhere, and they have no correlation or connection to each other. Genres and themes will be arbitrary, characters may or may not come from my other stories, and chapter posting will happen at any time.

Nathan Harris is an angry loner, who just wants to be left alone, until an interaction with Corey Andrews leads them both alone together in school suspension. The two soon learn they have more in common then either of them realized.

Tyler and Jacob were the best of friends, until a misunderstanding tore them apart. After Jacob's revenge, the boy he hurt the most becomes his strongest supporter in an attempt to undo the mistake that caused the whole incident to begin with.

This story is about the mistakes people make in the heat of anger, and the love that will stop at nothing to save them from it, and the overall consequences that follow. Join Tyler as he becomes Jacob's Advocate.

Benjamin is aging out of the foster care system, with no family and no home he strikes to move out on his own. he strikes an unlikely friendship with Josh. Can Benjamin learn to trust, learn to love, and can Josh break through the trauma and distrust and work together towards salvaging their road to redemption

Pink hair, piercings, eccentric fashion, and a crippling, all-encompassing fear of commitment. Which is just fear of abandonment all dressed up for the party. Internal struggles aside, River has plenty of options.

The issue is, they all pale in comparison to what will be a monumentally bad decision.

They weren't supposed to meet. He wasn't supposed to like him. It was never supposed to become more.

The universe had different plans.

Prompt #385 –

Brendan Nelson had a tough week at work. He is a Project Manager at a small software company. Nothing went well on his current project. The last delivery to QA (Quality Assurance) was a total failure, the techs couldn't even install it. Add to that, a serious problem in the development of a new feature arose. Finally, on top of that, the customer was screaming about a bug that hadn't been fixed for months, and now it apparently crashed the system. As if things weren't bad at work, he had to come home to a surprise.

Liam Henderson is the king of Montgomery High. He’s a student body president and a captain of the football team. His family comes from old money, he’s very handsome and smart. Though Liam is a near perfect creature, he made a mistake. He grew up best friends with a nerdy kid named Dylan, who just couldn't fit in with the right crowd once they got into a high school. Liam ditched him and spent the next three years bullying Dylan with his jocks.
Senior year rolled in and Dylan blossomed into a beautiful swan. Liam found himself lost in his eyes. The only problem - after everything Liam did, proud blonde boy wouldn't even look his way.

Someone buys a house and receives a belated letter from the son of the previous owner. He is a Navy Seal, wounded and recuperating, unaware as he sent it that his parent has passed away. An unexpected friendship forms..

Mike finds himself in an unexpected and uncomfortable situation. New school, new town, new family, and most notably, new roommate. And life seems to only get crazier every day.
