1.
She waited.
She always waited.
"I'm still here" she said
"Oh, yes, so you are. We forgot" they chorused
"i know" she whispered.
But still she waited.
She tried not to hope.
She said to herself,
"next time will be better." and she waited.
But next time never came.
For she had finished her usefulness
2.
Hope died today. It wasn’t easy or quick.
It was so slow that no one saw.
Hope just faded away, with out so much as a whisper.
Hope died today, and no one noticed.
3.
Gone
passing through life.
Never touching.
Never touched.
Gone with breeze.
Never to be felt again.
