Weekly Wrap Up (May 25 - May 31)

There goes another month in the books! Can you believe you all have less than 7 months to get my Christmas Present mailed to me ? Unfortunately there might be another Canada Post strike here, so the sooner you get it in the mail, the better chance it will arrive here. This year !

I also can't believe it is still bright out at 9:40 PM my time. Dusk is like at 10:30 PM :o

What all did you get up to this past month, the sort of, kind of, transition month, from spring to summer? I managed to get out camping not once but twice this past month. The camping gods must have been smiling down on me as it was perfect weather. Not too hot, not too cold, dry, no mosquitos yet, and good times. Now here is a shocker for you. The friend I went camping with last weekend has been sober for 5 months, so I never took a drop with me :o. So reserve your judgement for another day :gikkle:

What about upcoming plans? I guess I shouldn't be so north focused, what about my Australian and New Zealander folks as well as others down under? Any plans for this winter? Going surfing with the sharks :P? Funny how I can lump everyone in the southern hemisphere to what I picture as South African activities :gikkle: Shame on me.

Oh, I was told not to say anything, but I will say it anyways 0:) We had an Signature Author that contributed last week, but his poem never made it into the Weekly Wrap Up. So know that the first Signature 'chapter' listing below was his. If you know of anyone else, or yours, that might have been missed last week with the technical glitch, let me know and I will work you into a future Wrap Up. We have to give credit where credit is due

Now onto the Wrap Up...

Monday, what happened Monday? Oh, Cia was by with the CSR Discussion Day! It was another one that was nailed out of the park

Tuesday, Myr traded in his hockey skates and stick and didn't watch the final game of the Stanley Cup playoffs semi finals, to do another Deep Dive:

Go figure, from hockey fights to Romance :Steve2:--> 💖

Thursday, Valkyrie came by to get us all excited, then threw a touchdown 🏈 and gave us a feature of upcoming Anthology and writing contests:

Friday, everyone's favourite wolf came in with an overtime free kick to tell us about this week's Prompts :

Think of the Words of the Day like 7 pin bowling :gikkle: Did you get a full strike, a spare or something less? Remember if you got a strike, then points you get next week get added to this weeks score 🎳:

wizened, vitality, hoodwink, scathing, diligent, heinous, anesthesia

What happened to the "Classic Author" section of the "Recently Updated Stories" listing?  Did we just "die out"?

No one posted a story in the past seven days, according to the query.

Woo Hoo knew all seven words this week.

Summer seems to have started in about March here in Texas, already too hot and tired of it all, and it isn't even really here yet.

As always, thanks for the round up, always need to see what I might have missed out on.
