Where Are Your Ancestors From?

Ok! Now that's family pride! I like it. However...

 

I belong to the Scottish Robertson Clan and can trace my ancestry to the Royal House of Duncan the first, King of Scotland. A King trumps a Lord, sorry, mate.

 

Do you have the luck of the Irish too?

I'm half Irish, half Polish. All 4 of my grandparents were immigrants, my mom's from Ireland and my father's from Poland.

My mother's family came to America from England and my father's family came from Germany. My Great-Grandmother on my father's side was a Native American from the Cherokee tribe I am told.

Born and raised in England, currently living in Northern Scotland.

I've been able to trace my ancestry back to the mid 15th century (north England) on my mum's side. (not far from where I lived up until very recently).

Not quite so far on my fathers.(at least four generations of English)
