Sounds like the run in we had over "Child Porn" with the Department of Homeland Security, Missing and Exploited Children.

The picture was of my grand-daughter in the tub, nothing visible.  My son sent it to me because she had a bubble beard to look like daddy.

The Agent saw the image, looked at every picture on all my devices and my sons devices then said there is nothing wrong with tub pictures of YOUR family.  

The person who reported did get in trouble because they made the calls, (several actually), in an attempt to influence a court decision.

Mom's home, I picked her up an hour ago. She's fine, had some light dinner. 4 staples and - if I counted right - 25 small stitches at her left temple in a Y shape. The cats are all very happy to have her back
