We're expecting several inches of rain over the next 36-48 hours. A gift from Florida. Generous folks abound this holiday season. First it was the Canadians now the Floridians.

Last minute impulse shopping is not the smartest thing to do - I now have a 2m gold Christmas tree to take down with me. It was discounted, only $17  

It's a bit funky modern but it should go nicely with the more traditional small tree I am also taking... yep totally overdoing it
