Popular Post clochette Posted December 23, 2019 Popular Post Posted December 23, 2019 (edited) Dad brought his mom home this afternoon. We had a nice dinner for his birthday: quiche, beef tournedos with baked potatoes for main course and a pistachio and passion fruit cake for dessert. Dad was like a little kid when my brother gave him the Lego Saturn 5 spaceship. Mom came back home yesterday morning but her mind was all messed up from lack of sleep and they didn't gave her her antidepressants and anxiety meds at the hospital after a good nap this afternoon and being back on her regular meds she's slowly coming back to herself. Hey, Gary. How do you serve scrambled egg and cheese sandwiches? Do they not fall apart. We had homemade cheesy potato soup. Needed easy comfort food as the weather is most awful, raining heavily and blowing. Fortunately it's not chilly too. Left the crockpot do most of the work so there was the added benefit of tasty smells drifting through the house. I am in day four of a migraine. Not as bad as the ones in the not so good old days since the Ajovy has greatly reduced the intensity of my migraines. Still it's a nasty one and I haven't had one drag on like this recently. Maybe it's because I'm due for my next series of injections in about 2.5 weeks. Okay, enough of my complaining. 5 1
