It's snowing here.     It won't amount to more than a dusting and will melt quickly.   I'm going to apply for unemployment today, so wish me luck getting through!

We have had long lines here and even longer due to physical distancing. I will keep my fingers crossed.

I'm applying online, but due to the amount of applicants, the system is overwhelmed so it's difficult to get through.  Same with on the phone.  I figure I'll try applying online first, and hope I don't need to call.

Thanks  Seems I started the process too early since I'm using time off this week.   April snow never lasts long.  It's pretty much gone now

Hi all

Another warm and sunny day here. I spent the morning driving mom to and back from her PET scan appointment and start to sandpaper a small wood garden table and 2 chairs I had took from my grandparents' attic when we emptied the house. After a nice bbq of sausages (I wouldn't have mind some vegetables  https://twitter.com/krisv_723/status/1247973977034719235?s=19 ) I finished sandpapering and varnish the table and chairs and prepared a bed to sow carrots.

Oh and I've got the start of tan lines

Do folks in your area refer to a late Spring snow like that as an "onion snow" or that a Pennsylvania Dutch thing?
