We got freezing rain and then rain yesterday afternoon/all night. It's not too bad now. Cold, but the sun peeked out for a little bit before hiding behind the clouds again. 5

Quote How Fast or Slow Are Turtles? (with Videos and Statistics) "On average turtles walk at a speed between 3 to 4 miles per hour ( 1 to 2 meters per second ), and swim at a speed between 10 to 12 miles per hour ( 4 to 5 meters per second ). The fastest turtles can reach 22 miles per hour ( 35 kilometers per hour ) in water and 15 miles per hour ( 24 kilometers per hour ) on land. The slowest can turtles reach 0.23 mile per hour." "The fastest turtle on land is the softshell turtle which can reach up to 15 miles per hour ( 24 kilometers per hour )." "Some other turtles can reach speeds higher than that of the softshell turtle in special circumstances. For example most male turtles will drastically increase their speed when they are enhanced by a female." "A snapping turtle can reach the speed of 174 miles per hour ( 280 kilometers per hour ) when it’s striking. At this speed a turtle can even keep up with an average NASCAR car. But this speed is only maintained for small periods of time, well under a second." Source: https://turtleowner.com/how-fast-or-slow-are-turtles/ Edited November 23, 2020 by Marty Tidying up 5

Wowowoh hold your horse kilt man. It takes something very special to be in my herd. I could consider making him an occasional member. Maybe. He'd have to pass some tests 1 6

Popular Post Headstall Posted November 23, 2020 Popular Post Posted November 23, 2020 I just had a telehealth call with a doctor(not mine) and he said I should go get tested for Covid. I haven't been in contact with anyone, and I told him that. He said I must have been if I have a sore throat... and he couldn't do anything like swab my throat until I had a Covid test. I'll wait another day and see how I feel. No lectures please... I know I haven't been in contact with anyone, and I don't have a fever. 1 4 2

I'll wait another day and see how I feel. No lectures please... I know I haven't been in contact with anyone, and I don't have a fever. No lectures for you, but for your doctor. Sore throats can have a variety of causes, and don't necessarily mean that you've had contact with people. Allergies and acid reflux are two that come to mind. I think the COVID test is standard procedure in situations like this. My doctor wouldn't see me either when I said I had a headache and mild sore throat, both of which were associated with the reason I was calling, which wasn't COVID. I hope you feel better soon. The test isn't that bad, so it might not be a bad idea so you can be seen and figure out what's going on with your throat. 1 5
