My son and his girlfriend want to move back in by the end of the month, and I still have a ton of work to do. Put the new open upper cupboards in the new kitchen today, and also a lot of trim work out in hallway. Everything takes so much time when you're trying to keep any air from getting upstairs, and your heating is a forced air furnace that draws a ton of air. 1 7

Tell your son he needs to help you and to listen to everything you tell him or he will just have to wait since it takes time to get it all done! 3 1

I have to do it all myself... he works with the public, although his work(and all others) is shut down for another couple of weeks, and my other kids want me to stay isolated. He isn't pressuring me... I'm pressuring me. 1 7

Knowing Gary he'll exhaust himself doing it all on his own and be sure to have finish on time but he'll be happy to do so like the devoted dad he is it's not easy to change the mind of an old mule 1 6
Sherye Story Reader Posted January 11, 2021 Posted January 11, 2021 My stepson and his wife may not have a phone for me to call them, but she has a ipad with google duo and she will not answer my call. What if there was a real emergency and she doesn't answer? She needs to be more considerate if they want to live on my land. And I know they are home cause I can hear her listening to her ipad. Their camper is right up against my trailer and I can also hear when they are talking. That is just rude to me! 4
Sherye Story Reader Posted January 11, 2021 Posted January 11, 2021 Tell me something? If google duo is a part of google email, how can it compromise your email? That is what she keeps telling me. 2

If google duo is a part of google email, how can it compromise your email? That is what she keeps telling me. She said her gmail account got compromised by using the google duo. But what I think happened was she was opening up every email she got and it helped someone from Thailand (which she said happened) hack into her gmail account. She told me one time that she has always opened all her emails. But she doesn't realize you can get a virus or open up a spam email which will enable someone to hack into your account. Even my sister told me that can happen when a virus got my hard drive on my first pc. A computer technician I knew told me the same thing. They taught me how to look for supicious emails. 3

Sherye Story Reader Posted January 11, 2021 Posted January 11, 2021 Good grief, what in the world is my stepson and his wife doing in their camper? It sounds like something is banging against their wall! Oh my, they need to be quieter if they are doing what I think they are doing! Don't they know I can hear them! 4

Popular Post Bucket1 Posted January 11, 2021 Popular Post Posted January 11, 2021 How about some science to start the new year? New paper on Alzheimer’s and diet has been published. Red wine is protective (boring) but the real winner is cheese. Daily cheese intake strongly predicted better scores. Consuming lamb weekly may also improve long term cognitive outcomes Cheese and crackers followed by bbq lamb chops, just what the doctor ordered 2 2 3
Popular Post clochette Posted January 11, 2021 Popular Post Posted January 11, 2021 The semester is off to a great start... Online class scheduled for 11am to 1pm. As a good student I get online 15 minutes before the start, I start looking for the class file.. nothing. A zoom link? Nothing! Email from the professor? NOTHING! I ended up posting on the facebook group and was told the administration had just send an email (at 11.30am!) to our representatives students saying today's class is canceled! Sigh... I'm going back to bed 6 1
