The shortened form of Joseph is spelled Joe (with the final 'e'). The Irish version of Joseph is is Seósamh. Interestingly, the full name of my Irish father was Martin Joseph Cooke, which would be Máirtín Seósamh Mac Dhadhóc in Irish. 5 1

Expecting another bout of rain this afternoon then a system change to bring a couple days of sunshine. It's snowing back home in PA. 5

I'm baking a small ham also sweet potatoes and pan-searing some Brussel sprouts. 5
