Almost 11pm and I've just realized all I had today was a cold glass of chocolate milk for breakfast, a few biscuits around 5pm. It's so hot I'm not even hungry or nothing appeals to me because it's warm food...

Well if you’re not hungry it’s best not to force yourself to eat, however if you’re not drinking water you better go chug some.  Especially if it’s hot.
