I like both styles with and without the coconut milk.  Coconut milk makes it a rich creamy soup, but without it is a lighter soup with more pronounced flavors.

My day is going fine. Had just one class from 1 to 3 pm but the bus never came so I didn't made it to my class. I went back home and did some reading for school and now I'm crocheting. Ready for the long weekend
