Sounds familiar.   Last winter we were trying to organize my aunt's memorial service, but bad weather kept getting in the way and we had to keep rescheduling.  Hope things calm down for you soon.

Spent a fantastic hour in the woods. I trimmed some tree branches and chopped up some nasty vines. It was cold but sunny, and Cookie had a blast picking up branches and running with them... or trying to. I actually laid myself down on the leaves and stared up at the sky through the bare tree branches, with the sun shining on my face. We forget what it's like to do what we did as kids. Who cares if I creaked a bit getting up.

My resolution was to not nuke national parks, not national forests.
