I had sliced, grilled chicken breast with onions and mushrooms in my own tomato-based salsa sauce... and broccoli and cauliflower. I cooked enough for two more meals, and the chicken and spices get tastier as it sits.   I also has a small glass of my new Pinot Noir. That stuff is amazing.
