The shitty landlord may be a blessing in disguise. I am sure you will want to be @ moms as much as possible.  Commuting to school will suck, but saving on the rent may be worth it, and mom and dad will need you.

Kitt has a good point, and perhaps you can guilt the landlord into giving you a discount on the rent, so he can tell the buyer you won't put up a fuss.

Bucket you should go to your doctor and tell them you having trouble sleeping and ask for 150Mg Trazodone Hcl it works great and its the least toxic of the sleep aids :yes: Its what I 

take
