I had a nice walk when I got back today. I saw an eagle... a huge one. It might be why I'm down to three cats for the first time in at least a decade.

I have a photo taken by my dad in BC, it's of an eagle in its nest, it was one of his favourite photos.

Hardly.  But you already know I write reviews, I know you've read them over the years.  Tim was the one who invited me onto the team way back in the day when he took over control of that topic.  I think most of the other reviewers who were on the team at the time have mostly moved on, accept for maybe adi, who I think still does the occasional review.  I think Val was with us back then but she's a super important person now too.  I stick with the team, just to make Tim pull his hair out when I turn in like every review at the 11th hour the day before the blog posts.

Hi All!   Since we are sending updates on the weather today, I am seeing the sunshine this morning.  First time since early last week.  27 C (80 F) and will get up to 32 C (90 F) by 3 PM.  Possible thundershowers in the early evening.

Margaritas are one of the only mixed drinks I love.  I didn't appreciate them until I went to Belize for a vacation 25 years ago.  That was the same time I came to appreciate Jimmy Buffet's music.

Blech.  I like oysters and mussels, but never could quite get into clams.  You can have them all.
