Let's go back to those pre-series interviews each of the actors gave about their characters.  Most of them didn't even want to be friends with their characters.  Neo definitely didn't want to be friends with Boston.  Not a compliment.

She if you can find her rating with the medical association she belongs to. What is her success rate for the surgery, do not expect 100% because while it's hard to believe there are patients who do not follow instructions. Ask you doc why he referred you to her. Do due diligence and if you're convinced you would be better with some else fine.
