I made oat pancakes with rye flour this morning for breakfast. It was delicious and very filling (I could only eat 3 of them!). I didn't put sugar in the batter so tried one with cream cheese for dinner and it works well to eat instead of bread. I think it'll be my new go to

Uhmmm, shouldn't you use oat flour to make oat pancakes? I mean doesn't rye flour make them rye pancakes? Not disparaging either one as I like 'em both but I'm bemused and befuddled.

My bad I used oatmeal (small flakes, like half a centimeter) and rye flour

Recipe for 12 pieces: 

 120g of oatmeal 

120g of flour

300mL of milk

Rising powder

2 spoonful of sugar 

2 eggs
