If there's no cheese, then it's just chocolate melted onto toast. Pain au Chocolate, in other words. 3 1

Grill sandwich is made with pain de mie, pain au chocolat is made with puff pastry!''''''' And why would anyone put cheese with chocolate?! creme fraiche... Okay I could make an exception, kinda... But in the end the chocolate melt and it would just mix weirdly with the creme fraiche 2 3

Popular Post clochette Posted March 5, 2019 Popular Post Posted March 5, 2019 (edited) Oh btw @Bucket1 I thought of you today. I read a local press article saying your cousins the common European bats are still living the good life in the undergrounds cavities of the citadel which have been turned into the new campus, the renovation work didn't chase them away. The citadel undergrounds which is the only hibernating place in the city present the perfect humidity, temperatures and darkness for the 83 residents. I promise to be mindful and no waking them up by wearing high heels Edited March 5, 2019 by clochette 2 5

Cream cheese (like Neufchatel, but softer) makes a nice contrast with the tanginess. After dinner, I made a toasted sandwich with cream cheese and chocolate chips. I knew that it would be very creamy, so I added some Provolone cheese to help it stick together without "slippage". It was very good. 2 3

Semi-sweet chocolate is most commonly used when you want something to melt, such as ice cream topping or biscuits, but I reserve dark chocolate for baking. 5

It was dark baking chocolate tonight. When we want something sweeter we often use Milka chocolate 6
