A combination of ground beef, ground pork, and ground veal, browned and highly seasoned with black pepper, your favorite--garlic, and chili powder.  I added tomato sauce, cream cheese, and mozzarella cheese and mixed it all together with some organic brown rice.  Very tasty and I have a ton leftover to freeze for lunches.

Shame about not having chocolate. Cocoa powder has its uses, but I try to avoid it if I can. Adding a bit of brewed coffee can remove the "chalky" taste, and deepen the flavor.

We'll see how it tastes in a few minutes. I add a bit more sugar than the receipt called for has I only had Van Houten cocoa

We love vegetables. Dennis and I loved corn, but in Florida, it isn't as tasty as corn grown in Connecticut. Vegetables are good for you...
