I found out about my bicep... there are two tendons for the bicep and the small one was also detached, so he cut a few inches off it and attached it to the bone so it isn't floating, and removed the damaged, inflamed parts of the muscle. It doesn't work anymore, and I will lose about twenty percent of my strength from the bicep, but that's no big deal. 1 8
