It's only November and some areas near me have already had over 50" of snow so far this season  Thankfully there's only been a fraction of that where I live. It's been enough to make the commutes to and from work this week slow and annoying.  The ride in this morning was dicey, but thankfully it was clear for the drive home.  It was nice having clear roads for a change!  I shoveled my sidewalk when I got home from work, despite not feeling well.  My neighbors on either side of me didn't bother clearing theirs.  I don't understand why people don't clear their sidewalks.  It's against our town ordinance.  Plus it's not safe for pedestrians to have to walk in the street.

Morning gang

Busy taking care of mom's kids the last few days, we started tidying the living and t.v. room (I can't believe how much craft crap mom bought) yesterday in preparation for the Christmas tree meaning hiding half the toys in the laundry room I'm evil!

This is the second time this has happened to me, I think I’m getting old...

 

Walking back from a meeting I got stopped by a women I used to work with and we were chatting about life and stuff. I asked how her small kids were going. She said not small anymore, her oldest is now 18

I ask that every time someone I taught as an "Itty Bitty Riding Club" member ( our 4 to 6 yr olds) drives into the farm without parents.

My brother's car has been visited last night. Last month it was the neighbor's. "Good thing" for him his car is a trash can and they only found lot and lot of shopping recipes and empty biscuits packets. He's going to signal it to the police though.
