Yesit is. It's the story of a simple clueless woman dating a guy transporting drug then when he get kill she tries to escape/fight/then control the cartel and became the Queen of South.

Though some bits are grrr. Like yesterday guy n°1 had been missing for a while so she finally spent the night with guy n°2 after 2 sessions of sexual tension but BANG the next morning she's capture and put in the cell right next to guy n° 1 who turned out didn't abandoned her but got caught protecting her  of course!
