Alberta Fish & Wildlife were called out and and had to shoot this bear that was seen hanging out at a local fast food restaurant. It was seen approaching young children.

And back to me. I'm fortunate enough to live in an area where I don't lose power very often. When it does happen, usually due to an accident somewhere nearby. 

Today is Juneteenth.

I don't lose power very often.  It's usually due to an accident, or in this case, an overload of the system.  

We've always had a big Juneteenth festival here, so I'm really glad it's gaining recognition and was even made a US Federal Holiday (even though we didn't have the day off today  )
